After placing your order, please allow 1-5 business days for an order turnaround. If the item you ordered is not in stock, we'll notify you right away. 

If your order is for a birthday, baby shower, wedding or any other special occasions and you need your order by a specific date, please indicate the date in the Special Instruction box during the check out. We will do our best to accommodate your request.


If the product is out of stock, it will become available as early as in 2 weeks. In most cases, a back ordered item will ship and be on its way to you within 2-3 weeks.


We currently ship worldwide. We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses as well as PO boxes. 

USPS is our choice carrier. Please select a shipping option during the check out process. Domestic shipping comes with a delivery confirmation number. International first class shipping is usually the most economical option, though this option does not provide a tracking number unless you choose Priority shipping option.

Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide us an accurate and reliable contact and shipping information when placing your order. Any additional charges or losses incurred as a result of inaccurate information will be customer's responsibility.


Kansas and Missouri resident must pay sales tax corresponding to the states.


We accept Paypal and most major Credit Cards for payment. Credit Cards transactions are processed through Stripe. Stripe does not store your credit card information.


You may cancel your order only if your order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you must go through our return process. Please refer to our Return Policy below.


Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims must be reported within 3 days to Decoylab by emailing Please submit your order number upon contacting us. A minimum of 3 digital photos of damaged products must accompany a claim. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed. Please submit photos the package as well as photos of the damaged area of the clock.


Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please email us at within 15 days from the date of delivery to obtain a return authorization. The product must be returned in an unused condition without any defect. The refund will be immediately processed once we receive the product. Please note that original shipping cost is not refundable and that you will be responsible for the return postage. 


Decoylab extends warranty on clock motors up to a year from the date of purchase.  Customers have the option to replace the non-functioning motor by themselves or have decoylab do the repair. If the customer chooses to do the repair, decoylab will send up to one clock motor (including hands, nuts &washers  and instructions) without any additional cost. If Decoylab does the repair, the customer will be responsible for the item shipping to Decoylab. (Decoylab will repair the clock and ship the item back to the customer at no cost.)

If you opt to repair the clock yourself, Decoylab cannot be held responsible for the damage made to the clock during your own assembly. We will send all of the functioning clock parts for replacement but you will be responsible for having the right tools and to follow the instructions.

Our clock motor warranty only extends to one clock motor replacement per clock. If the clock motor replacement failed to operate, you can still purchase clock motors from us at a regular price or through your local hobby store. 


Our products are not toys. They are not meant to be handled by children. Please keep out of reach of children at all times. 

Avoid long exposure to sunlight and direct contact with water. Due to the nature of the materials used , humidity could warp and damage the wood. 



Occasionally gently dust with duster. For clocks it is advised to apply oil once a year to maintain beautiful rich finish of the wood. We recommend bees wax or any natural wood finishing or polishing product. Please follow the instruction on the package.
