Following is a helpful information when ordering products from our site. Please review the information carefully and let us know if you have any question!
We have carefully selected materials to create our products. All clock motors are made in USA and does not make a ticking sound. Paper, ink, adhesive used for paper clocks are all chosen for their fade resistent quality. Packaging materials are all recyclable and reusable.
To care for your clocks: occasionally gently dust with duster. Please avoid handling by children and direct sunlight (long exposure to direct sunlight will result in fading) or contact with water.
All items are made to order. Normally, order processing time is between 2- 10 business days but if material is out of stock, it may take upto 3 weeks to process your order. You can check with us on the progress of your order at anytime by emailing us. If you want to have your item delivered by a specific timeframe let us know at the time of your order so we can put you on a priority list.
Items are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. This is to provide a cheaper shipping cost to our customers. Delivery confirmation is provided within the United States. Other shipping options available upon request. International orders are also accepted and ships First Class. Shipping is calculated at the time of purchase based on the weight unless otherwise noted.
For international orders you will be responsible to pay for any duties at custom. If you are not sure if your item will be subject to custom please check your country's custom regulation.
CCNOW is our authorized online retailer. They handle all of our transactions and credit card processing. CCNOW accepts all major credit cards and paypal.
If you have question regarding your order please contact us directly. CCNOW does not handle inquiries of your orders. They handle transaction related questions.
Request for return must be made by email within 15 days after the shipment has arrived. Customer must pay for the shipping of the item back. Customer can request for a refund or an exchange of item. Please email info[at]decoylab.com with your order number and reason for return.
In case of defected goods, replacement order will be shipped immediately after receiving notification.
Returns made without prior notification will not be processed.
